Every Child Deserves to Begin Again.
Created Equal delivers immediate food security and essential support to vulnerable families in Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean. We work with speed, transparency, and institutional rigor.
Bridging the Gap Between Global Resources and Local Human Need.
In Cyprus, families arrive with nothing. When hunger is immediate, action must be too. We provide the Family Food & Baby Essentials Bag — not charity, but a bridge to stability. Ten days of food. Ten days to seek employment. Ten days to access services. Ten days to stand again with dignity.
Behind Every Number is a Family.

"When families are displaced, they lose stability overnight. But most do not lose their ability — they lose time. Food gives them time. And time allows people to stand again with dignity."
A Simple, Practical Solution.
We studied what makes the greatest difference. A hot meal helps for a day. A structured food bag supports a family for about 10 days. Our Family Food & Baby Essentials Bag gives breathing room — and breathing room changes decisions.

Why This Matters to Me
"When I was 13, my country was invaded. My family lost our home in one day. Two weeks later, when we finally reached safety, someone was waiting for us. With food. I have never forgotten that moment."
For more than 30 years, I have tried to be that person for others. In the last 10 years alone, through the initiatives I have led, over 20,000 families have received food support. Not because it is a project. Because it is personal.

PARTNER ENDORSEMENTS
Trusted by Leading Organizations
Our work is recognized and supported by institutional partners committed to humanitarian impact and systemic equity in the Mediterranean.

We began supporting this work out of a shared commitment to serve displaced people with dignity and care, and through a strong, trusted relationship with Stavros.
Since 2015, we have continued this partnership because the work aligns closely with our focus on poverty and vulnerable communities. Our teams have collaborated in the Mediterranean, where this initiative consistently delivers meaningful, on-the-ground support.
What distinguishes this work is its deep understanding of refugee needs and a creative, practical approach to meeting them. We have seen firsthand how thoughtful interventions—even simple provisions like access to washing facilities—provides a degree of care and kindness that really makes a difference.
This is a trusted, long-term partnership built on shared values, practical action, and consistent impact.
I have supported this work since the early 1990s, when I first saw the heart and passion behind it. I continue because I have personally seen the impact.
Stavros has a gift for sensing and meeting real needs, and the difference he makes is clear. I have been there in person, especially for the Christmas projects, seeing families and children receive support, and the gratitude that comes from knowing someone cares. Every December it gets better.
The ability to get things done while truly caring about people is what makes the impact so meaningful.
